No, this class is for those who have either attended the 7 day yoga workshop or the 21 day yoga challenge with Satvic Movement.

A good level of fitness is required for this workshop as it involves suryanamaskar that are done without many breaks in between.

Yes! The replay links of each session will be made available for 48 hours. You can use them to join the intense program.

Yoga is very beneficial for pregnant women. However, the asanas need to be planned based on the specific trimester. Since we are hosting this workshop online, we are not equipped to provide one-on-one guidance for pregnant women. Therefore, it would be best for pregnant mothers to avoid this workshop.

Yes, there is absolutely no problem. In every class, modifications will be taught so you can adapt each asana to your comfort. If you're experiencing pain, you can simply skip the physical practice and participate in the relaxation.

About the Teacher

Radhika Gupta is a certified Satvic health educator and Ashtanga Yoga trainer. She began her journey of yoga after she was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 28. She saw immense benefits in her own healing through her practise of asanas and pranayama, which inspired her to do her teacher's training course from Mysore Mandala Yogashala. The course changed her life and ever since she has strived to bring awareness about the practise to as many people as possible.

Till date, Radhika has conducted over 100 health transformation workshops and 30 yoga workshops having taught yoga to over 100,000 people. She has also been actively making videos to touch the lives of as many people as possible, to bring this ancient yet simple science to all of humanity.
